Physiotherapy

About the Program

Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. The profession helps to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to live independently for as long as possible.

Our physiotherapist sees clients during one-on-one appointments and hold education and support groups.

Eligibility

Please be advised that we do not provide services for:

  • Individuals with extended health care coverage
  • Treatments required by WSIB
  • Injuries sustained as a result of a motor vehicle accident

Registered clients are referred through their primary care clinician.


Languages of Service

This program is offered in English, with interpretation available if needed.

  • Parkdale: Monday – Friday.  Please call for hours.
  • Queen West: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
