About the Program

Nursing support and treatment for people living with Hepatitis C through a harm reduction approach. Services include health education, information sharing, disease prevention & decreasing disease progression, testing, treatment, and treatment supports.

Eligibility

  1. Adults and youth with Hepatitis C who are homeless, under-housed, or street-involved in West Toronto

Languages of Service

This program is offered in English.

Dates & Hours

Hep C Drop-in Clinic Hours:

  • Tuesdays at Parkdale site (1229 Queen St W) 1-4pm
  • Thursdays at Queen West site (168 Bathurst St.) 1-4pm
