Harm Reduction Program

About the Program

We support the practice of collective compassion, love and understanding during the process of learning for every individual.  We commit to awareness that decision making is influenced by others life experiences, circumstances and support networks. By bridging the indigenous teaching of non-interference and spirit of harm reduction we are bringing the core belief of supporting every person in experiencing life lessons in their own way and in their own time while promoting the wellbeing of individuals and community by working to reduce the health, social, economic and political impact of colonization. We commit to person-centred, non-judgmental strength based approach by respecting the autonomy of the individuals in our community and providing support & options to reduce harm.

Our harm reduction program provides client support, system navigation, crisis de-escalation; client and community harm reduction trainings and presentations, naloxone training, community development and health promotion.
