West End Oral Health Clinic

About the Program

West End Oral Health Clinic (WEOHC), is a partnership between the PQWCHC health centre and George Brown College. Our clinic provides free dental hygiene services by students and free exams, necessary x-rays, and select treatment by dentists to people between the ages of 18 and 64 that qualify.

Please note that our phones are not answered during business hours (8 a.m.-4 p.m.). You are welcome to call and leave a message with your full name phone number and the reason for your call. Due to the high volume of calls please allow up to five business days for your call to be returned. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Services offered:

  • General checkups
  • Cleaning (Hygiene)
  • Fillings
  • Extractions
  • X-rays (as required)
  • Referrals to dental specialists

Eligibility

  • Must be between 18 and 64 years of age
  • Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) recipients are eligible for cleanings only, if required above your allowable coverage
  • Ontario Works (OW) recipients are only eligible for a cleaning with the dental hygienist
  • Must have no other extended health/dental insurance
  • Must live within the city of Toronto
  • Proof of financial eligibility is required*

  • Wednesday & Thursday 4:00pm – 8:00pm;
  • 1 Saturday a month 10:00am – 2:00pm

Queen West Site (Hygiene only)

  • Thursday 4:00pm – 8:00pm
