About the Program

We are looking for Mentors, Community Mentors and Mentees for the program. If you are interested in learning more, click the links below:

Youth in Transition: – Youth in care approaching transition age (14 – 18 y/o)

Peer Mentors: – Adult Former youth in care with successful transition experience

Community Mentors: – Adult Volunteers aged 35+ from private or public sectors

Office Hours

Mon. 10:00 – 6:00pm

Wed 10:00 – 6:00pm

Fri. 10:00 – 6:00pm
