About the Program
Creating Hope and Ensuring Excellence & Roads to Success (CHEERS) is a community-based program sponsored by PQWCHC and funded by the Children’s Aid Foundation and the Ontario Trillium Fund. The program aims to build support and mentorship for Black Youth involved in care systems, youth justice systems, employment and educational support systems.
