About the Program
Our senior’s health promotion programming promotes healthy ageing through regular group educational, social, and physical activities as well as advocacy on issues affecting the wellbeing of low-income and marginalized seniors.
ONLINE SENIORS PROGRAMS:
Seniors Advocacy & Advisory Working Group ‘Seniors In Action”
on the last Monday of the Month from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Positivity and Learning on every Wednesday from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Low Impact Exercise Class on every Thursday from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Apart but Together on every Friday from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Spanish Speaking Group “Salud y Vida” on September 14th to October 26th on Mondays from 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
