LifeLabs provides on site laboratory testing services for REGISTERED PRIMARY CARE CLIENTS ONLY (you have a doctor or nurse practitioner) on Thursdays from 8:30-10:00 am at the Queen West site, and Tuesdays from 9:00-10:30 am at the Parkdale site. Please bring your lab requisition with you to the clinic. Appointments are not necessary.
