Uplift and develop harm reduction services and shelter capacity and in-situ support.

Services/Supplies Offered

  • Urgent Public Health Needs Sites (UPNHS)
    Operates out of 2180 Islington specific for shelter residents (not public) to safely consume substances, access harm reduction supplies and engage with harm reduction staff.
  • Managed Alcohol support (where present)
    Operates out of 2180 Islington specific for shelter residents who meet the criteria of a managed alcohol program following a MAP assessment. This service is in collaboration with the City of Toronto.
  • Overdose response with oxygen
  • Critical Incident Stress Management support
  • Harm reduction workshops and groups
  • Needle exchange services
  • Harm reduction supplies distribution,
  • Referral and connections to case management, counselling, clinical support and social support services through internal partnerships
  • Stabilization and connection at our Dundas location (EMS referral only).
