Our harm reduction street outreach program connects outreach workers with lived experience from Parkdale and Queen West area with the community outside. Outreach can take place in drop-ins, parks, under bridges, alleyways, community organizations, outside of rooming houses and apartment buildings, and on the streets of Parkdale (Parkside west to Dovercourt, Bloor St West to Lake Shore Blvd West) and Queen West (Ossington St to Yonge St, Bloor St West to Lake Shore Blvd West).

Services/Supplies Offered

  • Information and support for safer drug use and safer sex
  • Safer sex supplies (lube, condoms, dental dams)
  • Harm Reductions kits (Injection, Crack/Stem, Crystal meth/Bowl, Chasing the dragon)
  • Naloxone training and Naloxone Kit distribution
  • Referrals
  • Community Advisory Committees
  • Capacity building trainings for service providers
