Staff at the Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (the Centre) are represented by two unions: the Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) and United Food and Commercial Workers Canada (UFCW). Wages, benefits and conditions of employment are contained in the respective collective agreements for each union, and they have been duly negotiated in keeping with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
