Ontario COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout

To all of our clients and community members,

PQWCHC is working with our local health partners and the City of Toronto to support vaccination of our community members as quickly as possible and in line with provincial prioritization and scheduling frameworks.

Currently, the prioritization framework includes people 80 years of age or older who are living independently in the community, Indigenous populations, and people experiencing homelessness.  Vaccination clinics will be available throughout the community according to vaccine supply.  We will share information on clinics as they become available.   This will include some vaccination clinics on-site at the Health Centre: we will call clients who are eligible for these clinics.   Currently, we do not have COVID-19 vaccines.

Pre-registration for community vaccine clinics is now open.  Those who pre-register will be contacted when vaccine appointments are available in your area.
