RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PHONE SYSTEM
As part of our ongoing integration work, the Parkdale site’s phone system will be upgraded to fully align with other sites which have experienced recent upgrades. The new system is expected to be completed on Monday, October 16, 2017.
We hope for a smooth transition and are taking the necessary steps to ensure that all staff, particularly our Medical Secretaries and Receptionists, are well oriented to the new system by October 16, 2017. These training and change management precautions are being undertaken so you can seamlessly access the centre via phone when you call. We ask for your patience and understanding, during this transition period, as we may experience some levels of technical difficulties during and in a short period after this process, including longer than usual wait times and dropped or disconnected calls.
