COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

In partnership with Ontario Health and community agencies, Toronto Public Library is hosting vaccination clinics at three library branches on Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23.

What you need to know at all locations

  • Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is required.
  • Vaccines will be offered to anyone currently meeting eligibility criteria (18+), and living in select postal codes noted below. Everyone is welcome but priority will be given to those aged 70+.
  • Type of vaccine available: Moderna
  • If you are able, bring your ID and proof of address to access the clinic. If you do not have an OHIP card, bring other identification to show address and age.
  • If you are eligible and would like more information about the vaccines visit the City of Toronto’s website.
  • Note: On Saturday, May 22, library branches will continue to offer contactless holds pick-up and drop-off of library materials at the entrance. Please remember to wear your mask and practice physical distancing. Visit our COVID-19 page for more information.
