Coronavirus Service Update: Adjusted Hours of Operation

APRIL 10TH, 2020 A STATUTORY HOLIDAY; ALL OF OUR SITES ARE CLOSED!

We have now reduced our service hours and services.

If you answer yes to any of these questions, please do not come to the health centre but go home and self-isolate:

  • Have you travelled in the last 14 days or have been in close contact with anyone who has travelled?
  • Have you tested positive for COVID or been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive?
  • Do you have any symptoms that could be COVID, including cough, fever, sore throat, muscle aches, headache, fatigue, runny noise, joint pain, nausea, diarrhea or stomach pain?

If you have symptoms and answer yes to travel or contact, and you also work in childcare or healthcare or live in a group setting (shelter, long term care home), then go to the nearest COVID assessment centre.  The two closest to PQWCHC are:

Toronto Western Hospital: 347 Bathurst Street (at the corner of Dundas), 12:00 to 8:00 pm

St. Joseph’s Healthcare: in the Sunnyside Building, First Floor, open 9 am to 8:30 pm

Please see below for service updates and updated hours of operation:
